Unfortunately I have been in a legal battle defending a child in Lake

Worth, Florida that has been Baker Act. Congressman Mark Foley and Clay Shaw had been contacted to look into this situation because they were supporters of the place where the incarceration is taking place. I apologize for not getting to your questionnaire but my priorities are to rescue this child.

The government needs to set its priorities straight toward the safety

And welfare of our legacy, our children. Congressman Shaw has completely ignored the situation and Mark Foley stated he won' t get involve because its not a federal issue. I beg to differ. The facility is called Growing Together and they receive federal funding. Mark Foley even has endorsed the program.

Growing Together is holding David Blass against his and his father's

will. According to law David Blass can not be held without the consent of his two parents. David has been incarcerated for over six weeks.  The father is Dr. Piotr Blass, a write in candidate for the U.S. Senate. The people who are involved with me on this case are David Levy, President of the Children's Rights Council in Washington D.C., Attorney Barry Silver of Boca Raton and Sen. Bob Graham.
